Celebrate Mother’s Day with Her Run, a soul-nourishing experience woven with gentle movement, restorative sound, and heartfelt connection.
This special session begins with a grounding yoga flow, easing you into your body and breath. You'll then be guided into stillness with a soothing sound bath, designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest.
Whether you're honouring a mother, mentor, aunty, sister, friend- or simply choosing to show up for yourself- this is a morning to move gently, breathe deeply, and share in something beautiful, together.
