In making a Submission to the Digital Arts Program 2022, each Applicant warrants and represents the following with respect to their Submission: (a) Applicant is the sole and exclusive owner of the Submission; (b) the Submission will not infringe on any rights (including, without limitation any intellectual property rights) of any third parties; (c) any third parties appearing in the Submission have given the Applicant appropriate consent to be used as permitted herein; and (d) all information the applicant provided herein is true and accurate.

Applicants maintain copyright over the work contained within their Submission.

A formal artist agreement will be required to be entered into by successful Applicants. Full terms and conditions of the Digital Arts Program 2022 agreement will be provided to short-listed Applicants in the next phase of the project.
